Chief Financial Officer

Jason joined Converge in January 2018 as part-time CFO.  In this role, he oversees all finance and reporting activities.  Jason has over 20 years of experience in the PE and VC industries, working as an auditor, CFO, Director, Partner and portfolio company board member.  His prior firms include Castile Ventures, Standish Management, Summit Partners, Deloitte and KPM & Associates CPAs.

Jason is a CPA and graduated from Bryant College with a BS in Accounting.  He is a member of the AICPA, MSCPA and Private Equity CFO Association.
